I have been training with Brad for 7 months now and I find Brad to be a great motivator in the Bootcamp and Personal Training Sessions. He pushes me above and beyond my own fitness level which has been fantastic for my success. Being a mother with young kids it is hard to find the time to train, Brad fits in around the kids, who often attend with me. Training sessions with Brad are always a lot of fun. I would recommend Brad as a trainer to anyone who is serious about getting fit.
Brad made me believe again in myself and what I can achieve when I put my mind and body to it as much as it hurts. He seems, from his own journey to be able to motivate and connect with the people he trains.
As a mother of three and only a few months post caesarean I have attended a few group training sessions with BSHF. I've found Brad encouraging and motivating and with each session he has considered my current circumstance so my health and safety hasn't been compromised. There have been times I think "that's way too hard" but with Brads encouragement I've made it through which has left me feeling great!
After only a few fun sessions I feel like my fitness and strength has improved immensely and I look forward to what's to come. I can highly recommend BSHF to anyone looking to improve their fitness.
Lacking the motivation to train on my own, I went looking for someone or something that would make me enjoy exercise. And, thanks to a friends fabulous recommendation, I found Brad. He cares for your total well-being and is both motivating and supporting. He customizes my training sessions to meet my personal goals and is bounding with enthusiasm in rain, hail or shine. Boot camps have become a great 'meeting place' where we work hard while still managing to have a laugh. For the first time in more years than I care to remember I am starting the new year feeling motivated and positive about achieving my personal fitness goals.
After going to the gym five days a week for a year and not seeing any results I decided it was time for something different. My friend also wanted to try something new so we decided to give bootcamp a go. We almost died after the first session not realising how intense it was going to be but surprisingly we returned for the next session. We've been going for two months now and the results are already showing! We are fitter, stronger and finally some cm's are coming off! We love the variety, the outdoors and the friendships we've made through Team Awesome. I've even got my husband going now! We can't wait for what Brad has installed for us in 2013. Just be warned if he ever mentions the 12 days of xmas, get back in your car and come back next week!
I was apprehensive about attending a boot camp, as I have heard horror stories about how brutal they are. After having two children in quick succession I was quite unfit and out of practice. However my fears were allayed the first time I attended the BSHF Boot Camp at Concord. Brad was great, and I really felt supported, no matter my ability. He took into consideration my circumstances and was inspiring, positive, but also sensitive and understanding. I would recommend him and his business 100%
